Personal Note from Joan
The first time I saw Everyday Wisdom in the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport bookstore right next to one of Norman Vincent Peale, my heart burst. Years before, after teaching several Bible studies on the Proverbs, I shared with God my desire to write a book on His wisdom-manual. What a lovely surprise when someone asked me to write this Everyday Wisdom gift book! (It was my first of three "work for hire" projects--an entirely new adventure for me. And definitely a God-gift, since I didn't have to write a book proposal or try to sell the idea to an agent or editor.)

A Beautiful Gift Book
Everyday Wisdom is a beautiful gift book filled with lovely graphics on the inside pages, a ribbon book marker and flexible hard cover with embossed printing. It makes a beautiful gift for Mother's Day, your friend in the hospital, that hostess "with the mostest", a graduate or someone whose celebrating a birthday.
This little book is filled with short wisdom-infused devotions based on verses from the Proverbs. (Really...they are only 30 seconds long!) On topics A-Z such as Aging, Authenticity, Beauty, Busyness, Conversation, Finances, Gratitude, Home, Marriage, Prudence, Responsibility Sleep, Wealth, Words, Worry.
